I’ve been offering weekly meditation sessions via ZOOM for 10 weeks. We begin with 10 minutes of guided meditation followed by 20 minutes of silent sitting. The last 5 minutes are open for one or two questions related to your meditation practice.

BEGINNERS are most welcome. To join, connect a few minutes before the posted time. Make yourself comfortable on a floor cushion or chair . . . and wait to be “let in”. Come as often as you wish and leave at any time. Days and times are as follows:
Mondays 8 am ♥ Wednesdays 10 am ♥ Sundays 8 pm
