MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, yes!
(But don’t be fooled by headlines and blue skies.) 

To be mindful means to become aware, moment by moment, of thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations —
and let them be, without judgement.

Meditation clears the path to mindfulness:
by paying attention to the coming and going of the breath,
we learn to concentrate on not-knowing.
