      Hi Melissa,

      I’m sorry to be so late with my reply. What if you saw the struggle not as war but a dance involving to energetic forces. Consider that there‘s no separate Me and It, merely a coming and going of thoughts. Next time you fing yourself caught „caught in between“, bring your awareness to the neutral sensations of inbreath and outbreath. Again and again.
