Starting on Tuesday evening, March 4th, I’ll be leading a drop-in program on “Mindfulness Meditation for Stress and Pain” in Victoria. Weekly sessions will comprise guided meditations, mindfulness instructions, group exchanges, and some silent time.
The program is open to anyone, regardless of meditation experience or health condition. In a departure from my normal practice, this one will be “by donation” to help defray expenses. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
