A monk’s talk on letting go. Simply brilliant.

Ajahn Brahmavamso Mahathera (affectionately known as Ajahn Brahm) was born Peter Betts in London, UK, in 1951. He came from a working-class background and won a scholarship to study Theoretical Physics at Cambridge University. After graduating, he taught high school for one year before travelling to Thailand to become a monk and train with the Venerable Ajahn Chah.

Here he offers a talk on the “Four ways of letting go” as taught by the Buddha 2500+ years ago.

Thank you Peter. It is brilliant. It is simple. In short, it is simply brilliant!
Now to remember not to waste so much time, energy, thought in being so wrapped up in some nonsense that isn’t even about me.

I also miss the old on line meditation days at Inspire Health.
